Booking deadline
Bookings close the day before arrival. We do not take bookings on the day itself.

Refunds
You have paid in full in advance, so if you cancel we refund what is left after the charge above is deducted. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. We start the refund within 5 working days of your cancellation. Depending on your card issuer, it may take further time to appear on your statement.
